If the video fails to generate
We refund you in full.
If the faces do not look like your photos
A video matches your photos when the faces, hairstyle and clothing in the clip can be recognized as the people in your photos. If you tell us it does not match, we remake it once for free. If the remake still does not match, we refund you in full.
If your video does not arrive
If you have not received your video within 12 hours of sending us your photos, we refund you in full without you having to ask.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Reply to the delivery email or your payment receipt, it works the same. Tell us the email address you paid with.
How long a refund takes
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
What we do not refund
Orders cancelled because they break our upload rules are refunded in full. We do not refund videos that match your photos and were delivered as described.
